Heya Cats,
Since I've been working days, the stress level I endure before feeding has increased beyond belief. Have you got anything that might help knock it down a few pegs? Red Dreams Everyone,

 Try these tips. 1) find what is causing the stress and eliminate it. 2) bath in lavender bubbles or oil this will help you relax and feel wonderful. 3) a nice hot cup of chamomile tea helps relax as well. 4) find a quiet place in your home and meditate for a while. Do somethign you relally enjoy such as pounding out a few riffs on your guitar or reading a good book or simply do something really silly. 5) sex LOL yes sex helps release positive endorphines helping you feel good. Best thing to do is get some time for yourself where you can simply relax and enjoy some time out even if it is for a half hour day or something. You can also release stress by working out such as lifting weights or punching a punching bag for a while. Get creative and draw or do soemthing you love. Best thing you can do Janos is try as best you can to relax til you've adjusted to the new time schedule in your life. Hope this helps. Thanx Cats. I'll see what helps. But maybe a little late night hunting will help burn out some of the tension. Not to worry, it won't be humans, ha ha ha ha ha..............

i have found that sitting at my computer or in front my computer and drinking a cup of camomileya tea help to relieve stress NOTE: do not go on and view your stocks or bills that always pisses me off
