Janos hun first you do need to see your family doctor so he can give you some antibiotics or something to help in this situation. This is one thing I'd not mess around with.

If your bleeding in your stooles this can be an indication of dehydration. If your not dehydrated it can be more indicative of a more serious problem. I doubt it is very serious and may simply be due to your bleeding ulcer.

What I can suggest here my freind is a few simple things to perhaps help you out a bit.

1) Stay away from spicey foods or food that are high in fat. You need to eat very bland food til this clears up or it can further aggravate it *winks* This means no hot peppers for you Janos for a while til this clears up. I would stick to very plain, boring foods with little salt and no spices in it til it heals up completely. Oh and no fried stuff either cause that hurts bad too hehehe

2) Please rest and relax. You need to try and get to the source of your stress and get it out of your life. I know that can be hard if it is job related. Perhaps asking them for time off for medical reasons would be wise til this heals up enough that you can tolerate it. Stress is the majour cause of many illnesses. If you cannot take a few days from the stress then take a few moments each day and take you time. Take the time to relax and just do what makes you feel happy. Get a massage, take a hot bath , put your feet up and enjoy. Release the stress by taking in deep cleansing breaths through your nose and releasing all negative energy out your mouth. DO this a few times and this will help you release much of the stress in your system. Then relax a bit read a book, watch tele play your guitar and write a song do something that helps you relax *smiles*

3) Drinking: Do not drink anything with a high acid or alcohol content because this will iritate your bowels and ulcer at this point. If you need orange juice then have some with low acid but I would defintely stay clear of orange or apple juice now. Anything high in acid can really hurt ulcers (trust me I found out myself lol) Drink MILK it will help coat the lining of your stomache drink decaf beverages if you want something hot to drink. Do not drink coke or pepsi as it contains cafeine and citruc acid which again will iritate you now. Steer clear of cafeine. If you have to have a cup of coffee in the morn to wake have one only. You should be fine with just one small cup. Drink decaf tea, cofee and beverages for now. Oh no choc milk it has cafeine in choc.

Okay so that is my advice and I hope this helps Janos. Sorry this took so long I have been running around VERy busy as of late wiht my job hunting and such. Hehehe I'll drop by and see how it goes in the next few days okay
