About 4 years ago in the summer. I was on the phone with my best friend andrea, and we had been talking about boys for like the past 4 hours, and it was about midnight and i was laying on my bed with the lights off just listening to her. Then i closed my eyes cuz light shines in through my window cuz of a lightpole across the street(So i know what i saw was real). My eye's were shut for like 5 mins, then i just felt really odd, like i shiver inside of me.. so i opened my eyes and...

Nice to meet you Michol. Although I have to disagree with the position you hold on vampirism I welcome you here of your own free will. Ok, cliche's out of the way. I eagerly await the debate. But I have to put forth here, that vampire lore predates the european concept by thousands of years so I don't see the corellation as to whether...

There's stories circulating that Cain and Lilith started a trend for vampire lore. Some claim Lilith was the first vampire. Anyone researched into the vampire/bible connection?

Sorry, but this post is waay too old, I wrote it when I was in my early teens and I wouldn't want it to be discussed online any further.

If you're still interested in the topic (which was about "unveiling Christianity"), you can find a lot of info on the net if you're interested. Check out movies like "Zeitgeist" - true, it's quite inaccurate, but it's a start.

As of my experience, religion and vampirism don't have much in common,...

If vampires are such unholy creatures, then how come I wasn't struck dead when I was baptised, confirmed and had first communion? Just for the record, I was born a vampire(sanguinarian) and was born and raised Roman Catholic. Just a little fuel for the fire(brimstone?). There's a topic, now let's discuss.......

As a Seeker for Fiveworlds, there is a lot of information I need to gather, but the most interesting is the vampire's place in mythology. When did people start believing in vampires as mythical creatures, how were peoples views of the vampires changed through time, where did the vampire originate from, what are types of mythical vampires, and what are the links between fact and fantasy (yes, I know I didn't use who).
